Return Policy
We'll gladly accept returns for any Kim Vo® products upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Kim Vo® uses ground shipping for our aerosol. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.
